Earn Your Leisure – Charlotte (EYL–CLT) is the regional extension of the global Earn Your Leisure movement, founded by financial advisor Rashad Bilal and educator Troy Millings, and later joined by media strategist and master investor Ian Dunlap. Together, this powerhouse trio reshaped how culture engages with wealth, business, and ownership—transforming a podcast into a worldwide platform for financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth-building.
